Kevin Kennedy is a former Westchester County prosecutor with 32 years of experience.  Over the course of his career, he has investigated and prosecuted serious crimes ranging from felony drug offenses to vehicle manslaughter and homicide.  Up until the summer of 2015, and for more than fifteen years, he was the chief negotiator of all pre- indictment drug felony plea negotiations conducted in the Superior Court of Westchester County.  During that time, he evaluated over 5,000 felony cases for disposition.  When facing criminal charges, you need the services of a criminal defense attorney who is thoroughly familiar with the criminal justice system and truly knows how to evaluate cases for their strengths and, most importantly, their weaknesses in order to secure a favorable resolution.  Kevin Kennedy provides that necessary skill set.
